Sukhneet Toor is a Research Study Assistant at IREACH. She graduated in 2021 from University of California, Davis, where she earned a BS in Human Development with a minor in Psychology. She was born and raised in Northern California, and her parents are from Punjab, India. At IREACH, Sukhneet supports the Native-Controlling Hypertension and Risk through Technology Research Project 3: Engaging Native Hawaiians/Pacific Islanders and Activating Communities to Take Steps/ Healthy Hearts Among Pacific Islanders, as well as the Collaborative Hub to Reduce Burden of Suicide Among Urban Indian and Alaska Natives, also known as Suicide in Urban Natives: Detection and Networks to Combat Events (SUNDANCE).
