Dr. Patrick Carlin is an Assistant Professor in the School of Economic Sciences and Affiliated Faculty at the Institute for Research and Education to Advance Community Health at Washington State University. He holds a PhD in Public Affairs from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and BS in Mathematics from Hofstra University. Dr. Carlin’s research interests include health economics, Indigenous economics, applied microeconomics, and policy analysis.
