Bouapanh is a Grant Lifecycle Manager and leads the Fiscal Team for IREACH. She has a Master in Public Health, and her professional interest is in health disparities. In her free time, Bouapanh enjoys cooking, traveling, and hanging with her dogs. Bouapanh’s family is originally from Laos, and her parents are Hmong refugees.
