Nicole Shearer, MPH, is a Research Coordinator with Partnerships for Native Health. She currently coordinates two center grants: Native-Controlling Hypertension and Risks through Technology (Native-CHART), which aims to reduce hypertension in American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders; and the Native Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center in Minority Aging Research (NAD-RCMAR), which provides training to junior-level investigators in ADRD research. Recently, she completed an MPH in Community-Oriented Public Health Practice at the University of Washington, with a focus on community-based participatory research and evaluation. In her free time, Nicole enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, pottery, and spending time with family and friends.
