Caitlin Oberst, JD, SPHR, was born and raised in upstate New York, and moved to Seattle in 2015 by way of Chicago, Philadelphia, and Dublin, Ireland. She is the Associate Director of the Institute for Research and Education to Advance Community Health (IREACH), which houses Partnerships for Native Health (P4NH) at Washington State University. Caitlin is responsible for supervising all activities relating to human resources, fiscal issues, ethical review, information technology, and scientific operations for P4NH research projects. She feels very honored to support the organization’s research mission. In her free time, she loves to cook, hike, and explore the Pacific Northwest with her family.
